Looking to the future, ANWS will pursue enhanced efficiency and quality in aviation service and continue to improve operating-environment safety measures. Our near-term challenges are to ensure the smooth transition and the inauguration of the ATC automation systems, and to cope with the intense competition among nearby flight-information providers. In addition, organizational reform will ensure a more robust foundation for ANWS, more career-path choices for staff, and better training for future aviation service talents.
At this critical moment, hope all staff have the spirit of team work to optimize the utilization of the ATC automation system which is a historical milestone and an important accomplishment that must be undertaken. ANWS will also accelerate planning and implementation of important projects including“Construction Plan of New Control Tower of Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport”,“ Runway Renovation and Replacement of Navigation-aids Instruments (ILS and A-SMGCS)”,“Replacement of Terminal Radar of Kaohsiung and Magong Airports”and“AOAWS Technological Enhancement Plan”. ANWS will endeavor to get innovative, and continuous improvement in all administrative functions with customer-oriented service attitudes and be devoted to be the premier aviation service provider in the Asia-Pacific region.
