/ 23 22 飛航服務總臺 108 年年報 2019 Annual Report （四）完成機場跑道地帶助航設施結構物增設斜切順坡工程 108 年 3 月 15 日、 7 月 17 日、 7 月 28 日、 9 月 12 日分別完成恆春機場、清泉崗機場、 臺南機場、臺東機場跑道地帶助航設施結構物增設斜切順坡工程，提高跑道地帶安全性。 （五）增設及汰換各機場助航燈光設備 • 108 年 5 月 14 日啟用高雄國際機場 27 跑道進場燈，突顯 27 跑道的進場方向與跑道 頭位置，同日，分別提供 09 跑道與 27 跑道精確進場滑降指示的 2 座 PAPI 燈（ Precision Approach Path Indicator, PAPI ）也在更新完成後，一併重新開放使用，提升航機落地 操作的安全性。 • 108 年 10 月 21 日完成馬祖南竿、北竿機場助航燈光用恆流變壓器及燈控系統汰換。 IV.
