3 施政成果─ 光榮 Major Achievements – Honor 六、安全管理 (一)落實三階層管控機制 • 每季召開安全委員會、每月召開安全工作會議、作業單位每周召開安全行動小組會議, 監控總臺安全管理系統、追蹤安全相關議題及安全績效達成情形。 • 108 年辦理作業單位「安全管理溝通管道有效性」問卷調查,檢視並加強溝通管道類型、 傳達內容及其有效性,鼓勵同仁主動提報,強化安全溝通及日常作業風險管理。 • 持續推動改善改變管理, 108 年完成 13 個幕僚及作業單位「共同辦理改變管理案」, 增進作業標準化與一致性。 • 參與作業單位安全行動小組會議,加強潛在風險事件識別、建立單位安全議題與推動 安全管理四大面向相關工作。 6. Safety Management System (SMS) I. Implementation of a three-level SMS control & monitor scheme • Safety meetings were held regularly to enhance safety management systems, conduct follow-up on safety-related issues, and monitor ANWS's safety performance. These meetings included the quarterly Safety Review Committee led by our Director, monthly Safety Working Group and weekly Safety Action Groups. • In 2019, the survey of the "Effectiveness of Safety Management Communication Channel" was conducted and reviewed to improve various types of communication channels as well as its content and effectiveness, encouraging colleagues to report actively, and enhancing communication on safety and improve daily operation risk management. • In 2019, ANWS continued to improve change management in SMS, and has completed the "Joint Change Management Project" with 13 units for standardization and consistency of operations. • Participate in operational unit's Safety Action Group Meeting to enhance potential risk identification, as well as to establish relevant work on safety issues and promotion of the four major aspects of safety management system. 專業知識分享研討會 Professional Knowledge-Sharing Seminar
