/ 39 38 飛航服務總臺 108 年年報 2019 Annual Report 十、訓練、演練及席位查核 （一）國外訓練 本年度共執行協同決策與飛航流量管理研習課程、航管督導管理研習課程、空中航行服 務安全查核檢查員訓練課程、汰換航管數位語音交換系統（ DVCSS ）案國外原廠訓練、 汰換臺北飛航情報區儀降系統案國外訓練以及汰換後龍、綠島、恆春及西港 VOR/DME 設備案出國訓練等 6 項，計 15 人次。 I.
