飛航服務總臺107年年報

107 年 2 月 24 日 -3 月 11 日赴德國執行「飛 航訊息處理系統汰新案」工廠驗收測試會 議，藉由至原廠進行系統功能測試，確保 系統各項功能及參數設定符合機關所需。 ANWS staff members visited Germany from February 24th to March 11th, 2018 for the "ATS Message Handling System Replacement Project" factory acceptance testing meeting. Through system functional testing at the factory, it can be ensured that functions and parameter settings of the systemmeet demands of relevant authorities. 107 年 3 月 4-10 日赴新加坡參加「飛航 服務人為因素課程」，建立人為因素之相 關觀念及管理人為因素之方法，以提升整 體表現。 ANWS staff members attended "Human Factors in Air Traffic Services Course" in Singapore from March 4th to 10th, 2018 to establish concepts related to human factors and methods on managing human factors for better human performance. 107 年 5 月 22-25 日赴香港執行「國際民航 組織氣象情報交換模型（ IWXXM ）未來建 置規劃及航空氣象發展交流會議」，瞭解 香港地區航空氣象服務發展方向，做為規 劃本區新一代航空氣象作業系統之參考。 ANWS staff members attended "ICAO Meteorological Information Exchange Model (IWXXM) Future Implementation Planning and Aviation Meteorological Developmental Exchange Meeting" in Hong Kong from May 22nd to 25th, 2018 to learn about development direction of aeronautical meteorological services in Hong Kong. These will serve as a reference in planning our next generation aeronautical meteorological system. 107 年 6 月 3-6 日赴日本大阪參加地區性 飛航管制作業與技術會議，藉由雙方作業 與技術之研討，作為本區終端管制作業之 參考，期能提升飛航安全與飛航服務。 ANWS staff members visited Osaka, Japan from June 3rd to 6th, 2018 for a regional air traffic control operational and technical meeting. Discussions on operation and technology will serve as a reference in our terminal control operation, with hope to improve air traffic safety and services. 107 年 6 月 7-13 日赴泰國曼谷參加「民 用飛航服務組織 CANSO 亞太區年會暨工 作小組會議」，會中總臺代表分享 106 年 安全提升作為，亦表達參與 Multi-Nodal ATFM 及 SWIM 專案的意願。 ANWS staff members attended "Civil Air Navigation Services Organization (CANSO) Asia-Pacific Annual Meeting and Operation Work Group Meeting" in Bangkok, Thailand from June 7th to 13th, 2018.
