A specialized seminar on aviation meteorology was jointly held by ANWS and the Chinese Aeronautical Meteorological Association (CAMA). The former Director General of the Central Weather Bureau, Cheng, Ming-tien, gave a lecture titled "Current Status of Climate Change - When the Ocean Warms Up", with a total of 75 participants.

The Air Traffic Flow Management Unit of ANWS went to Taipei Songshan Airport to hold a briefing on the Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) operations, and coordinated the trial CTOT operations for aircraft departing from Taipei Songshan Airport.
