ANWS has implemented the Safety and Planning Office (SPO) according to CAA State Safety Program, ANNEX 19 and ICAO Doc.9859. ICAO four pillars in SMS (specifically "Safety Policy and Objectives", "Safety Risk Management", "Safety Assurance", and "Safety Promotion") are conducted to improve the organization's overall safety performance. We have established a three-level control scheme to carry out risk management, monitor performance indicators, perform operational audits, and organize training courses. We have also actively implemented various safety measures, including establishing safety policy slogans and a safety culture initiative day; preparing promotional materials and safety information; attending internal and external SMS events; and launching the Change Management and Voluntary Reporting System.
