A specialized seminar on aviation meteorology was jointly held by ANWS and the Chinese Aeronautical Meteorological Association (CAMA). The Director of Central Weather Administration, Chang Pao-liang, gave a lecture titled " New vision of Meteorology and Radar ", with a total of 94 participants.
