ANWS held an On-the-Job Training Instructor (OJTI) training course to provide future OJTIs with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to effectively conduct OJT programs, with a total of 28 participants from October 19th to 20th, 2023.

A group of 30 from Southern Taiwan Joint Services Center, Executive Yuan visited South ATS Park to understand air traffic service operation.

A group of 4 experts led by Dr. Rongxiang Xu from the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) visited ANWS to discuss the development of forecasting algorithms, product display system, user feedback and the direction of product application from October 16th to 18th, 2023.

On September 11th, 20th and October 16th, three sessions of "AES User Training" were held at Taichung, Taitung and Taipei areas, with a total of 51 participants. During the training sessions, participants were introduced of AES NOTAM/SNOWTAM proposal and Query function, FPL filing function and new series U NOTAM will be established on January 1,2024 in Taipei FIR.

The Air Traffic Flow Management Unit of ANWS went to Kaohsiung International Airport to hold a briefing on the Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) operations, and coordinated the trial CTOT operations for aircraft departing from Kaohsiung International Airport.

ANWS held a post-training joint experience sharing seminar for the Air Traffic Controller flight expertise training program. The trainees shared the learning results of flight operations.

A group of 15 from StarLux Airlines visited the Taipei Area Control Center to gain more understanding of the air traffic control and traffic flow management operations in Taipei FIR and to conduct aviation professional exchanges.

Conducted drill on ATMAS Contingency Operation to enhance the team's response capabilities in the case of severe system disasters. The drill includes familiarization of contingency operation procedure and notification procedure. We've also invited Taoyuan International Airport Corporation to join us to extend the scope of the drill from September 21st to 23rd, 2023.

Director of Department of Personnel of MOTC and Director of Personnel Office of CAA visited Qimei Airport Control Tower to understand air traffic control operation.

To adhere to the organization reform for the Executive Yuan, the Organization Regulation of ANWS was enacted and promulgated. Safety and Planning Office and ATM Program Office were established, while Taitung Aviation Facilities Sector and Taitung Approach Control Tower were dissolved.
