Representatives from ANWS participated in the 2025 Military-Civil Air Traffic Control Workshop, engaging in discussions and exchanges with military units in the Northern, Central, and Southern regions. The workshop aimed to further enhance and streamline the coordination between military and civil air traffic control units on November 12th, 19th and 26th, 2025.

ANWS assisted the China Aviation Development Fundation in their 2025 Air Forum Event, featuring air traffic controllers presenting air traffic control operations from multiple perspectives on November 9th,15th and 22nd, 2025.

The Air Traffic Flow Management team conducted the Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) operations at Taoyuan International Airport, to exchange views with 33 stakeholders including Taoyuan International Airport Corporation Ltd., airlines, and airline agent companies to strengthen their understanding of related operations.

ANWS held the 2025 ATMAS Contingency Operation Drill, inviting Taoyuan International Airport Corporation Ltd. to participate, in order to enhance all units’ familiarity with flight service operations and the process of shifting operational sites.

A seminar titled "Dialogue on Human Factors and TRM—OJTI’s Teaching Skills and Empathy" was held, including a session by a licensed counseling psychologist on workplace misconduct and prevention strategies. A total of 47 on-the-job training instructors participated in this seminar.
