2 representatives from ANWS attended "CANSO Asia Pacific Operations and Safety Workgroup Meetings" which was held in Maldives. ANWS representatives shared our experiences and exchanged ideas on initiating safety culture activities with other delegates at the Safety Workgroup Meeting.

2 ATCs form Korea Daegu Area Control Center visited North ATS Park to familiarize with air traffic services within Taipei FIR and shared the air traffic control experience.

ANWS invited Dr. Chia, Chi-fen, a distinguished professor at NTUST and current Vice Chairman of Aviation Safety Council, to give a lecture on"An Introduction to Human Factors in Air Traffic Services". Through the talk, everyone is more aware of the impact of human factors in air traffic services and learns how to develop and implement human factors tools to improve SMS.

A group of 10 from Chunghwa Telecom North District Office (including Marshall Telecom) visited Datunshan Navaids Site to learn about Chunghwa Telecom's optical equipment of communication room.

A group of 6 from Air Traffic Management Division, Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department visited North ATS Park , through fully communication and discussion to learn about ATFM (Air Traffic Flow Management) and the frequently conducted flow control due to increasingly traffic and weather factor.

A group of 17 from Occupational and Aviation Medicine Unit, University of Otago, New Zealand visited North ATS Park to learn about the various aspects of providing aviation services, including the HMI of ATMS and the duty nature of ATCs.
