2023 was a year of steady growth as the world recovered from the pandemic, with countries around the world witnessing gradual economic revival, along with a recovering travel industry and a growing demand for international air travel. In Taipei Flight Information Region (Taipei FIR), the total flight movements, overflight movements, aircraft movements at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, and the earnings of Air Navigation and Weather Services (ANWS) all returned to 76% or higher, comparing to pre-pandemic level in 2019. We are certain that, with the support of Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC), Civil Aviation Administration (CAA), military authorities, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Corporation Ltd., airports authorities and various civil aviation partners, we will be able to return to the prosperity we have enjoyed before the pandemic. We will also continue working rigorously and practically on all aviation affairs in order to reach new heights!
