The Air Traffic Flow Management Unit of ANWS came to the Kaohsiung International Airport to promote flow management concepts and share the results of the Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) trial at the Taoyuan International Airport. The team also explained the future trial process of flow management at the Kaohsiung Airport Control Tower.

The 2023 southern area annual retiree banquet was held in Hai Pao Xuan Kaohsiung Luxury Hall, there were total 27 retirees presented.

ANWS participated in the 15th meeting of the East Asia Air Traffic Management Coordination Group (EATMCG 15) hosted online by Philippines through a webinar. All of attendants discussed information and working papers with regard to optimization of boundary separation, integration of regional air-traffic business, the development of Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) and establishment of mechanism for conducting Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) among members in East Asia on March 16th to 17th, 2023.

ANWS assisted the Republic of China Air Traffic Controllers' Association to hold the "Air Traffic Controller and Pilots Symposium". Director General of CAA, Lin, Kuo-shian and President of IFATCA Duncan Auld delivered the opening remarks and welcomed the international air traffic controllers and pilots to join the discussion of latest topics of ICAO, UAS operation in the USA, just culture in Europe and Team Resource Management.

A group of 67 persons from International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Associations (IFATCA) and pilots of domestic airlines accompanied by Republic of China Air Traffic Controllers' Association visited Taipei Airport Control Tower to exchange discussion over air traffic control and flight operation.
